A) General Staff Rules
1. All staff members must keep a professional status in the server (outside of Role Play). This means Do not Joke around about a serious matter, such as a rule breaking or a possible ban. It should be taken very seriously.
2. Never should you act hostile towards a player, even if they act hostile towards you. This is to prevent any hostility towards our players. A calm Admin will help solve a problem much faster than a rude Admin.
3. Do not "Troll". If a player is "Trolling" you do not "Troll" back. This goes back to Rule A2, "Never should you act hostile towards a player, even if they act hostile towards you." Simply Kick them for the reason "Trolling".
4. Random Kicks, Bans, Crashes, Slaying, Fake Bans, Freeze, Jails, etc. are NOT ok. They are used for Administrative Purpose ONLY. Do not Jokingly Freeze, Jail, Slay, etc. This is considered Admin Abuse.
5. Staff are NOT to be nocliping, using god mode, teleporting, etc. unless they "On Duty". This Prevents players from calling Admin Abuse if you are RPing, or have a RP job on. (See Section B for more information.)
6. Do NOT randomly pick up players. Only pick up players to move them to an acceptable "Admin Sit" area. or to grab them if they run from an admin sit, or other reasons that fit under this.
7. No staff members can spawn in any weapons, cars, or NPC's, even for an event, Unless you have a Staff Managers's (or higher) permission. (Read more in Section C) This is to prevent Admin abuse, even if you think it is not abuse, it may seem different to a player who is spectating.
8. Respect each other equally. You will respect each other, I will not put up with disrespect. You WILL be demoted.
9. Do not pick favorites. That means if your friend RDMs 10 and disrespects everyone. Don't just kick him or give him a warning. Ban him like you would anyone else.
10. ALWAYS take a player into a sit before you warn, kick, or ban them. If you are unable to due to incorporation, feel free to kick/ban them.
11. ALWAYS prove a reason when warning, kicking, or banning someone.
B) "On Duty"
1. Staff are to RPing. If they do not wish to RP, they may switch to an "On Duty" job and handle Rule Breakings.
2. Staff Must maintain a professional Status when "On Duty". (See Rule A1 for more details)
3. Staff are allowed to Noclip, Teleport, have god mode, etc. ONLY when "On Duty".
4. Staff are NOT to be bothering RPers. You may check in and fly in and say hi, but do NOT bother them. If they ask you to leave, leave.
5. This is NOT an RP job. Do NOT Partake in any RP events as this job.
6. Only exception is if you are RPing and there is no "On Duty" Staff on. You may handle thing as an RP class. ONLY to handle the issue and return.
C) Events
1. No server Events shall be held inside the Main Player City (MPC).
1A. This is the area where the most players are at. Such as Time Square. This prevent players who don't want to play interfering.
2. Administrator cannot teleport the entire server for the event, only those who volunteer to participate. This is to prevent any confusion to a player who may of just joined the server. Lets use an example, lets say you are a player who just joins a server. Then suddenly you are teleported into the middle of some random place. I don't think you would want to stay very long.
3. Never give more then $2,000,000 In an Event. This is only for the most difficult or longest games (For an example: Base building)
D) Other Staff
1. Respect each other Staff equally.You are not above anyone. You will respect each other, I will not put up with disrespect. You WILL be demoted.
2. If a Staff member is reported by a player for breaking a rule, he must be taken into a sit with the accuser. Remember you are Innocent until proven guilty. A Staff member one or high rank above must run the sit. (Ex. A Admin must run the sit if a Moderator is accused, or a Super Admin must run the sit of a accused Admin, or a Super Admin can run a sit of a accused moderator, Etc.) Also when in the sit you cannot treat the accused staff member different, or better than the player, they are both the same in trials. If there is no high staff member on tell the player to make a post of the forums in the Staff report section, or have 2 of the same rank run the sit if possible.
3. Do not promote anyone. This Applies for Staff Rankings as well. Do not Promote your friend or any previous staff. You Will be demoted.
4. Senior Admin's words are final. They give the final judgement on a rule or argument.
5. Do not ban staff. Only Head Admin+ can. Make sure you have a valid reason for kicking the staff. Do not kick staff of the same rank. (Unless they are abusing there powers EXTREMELY.)
6. Don't kick AFK Admin's and up. Only acceptable time to kick them is if a higher ranking staff needs to join the server.
E) Ruling
1. Be fair and Just. I don't want to see a perma-ban for someone being annoying or RDMing a few people.
2. Perma-bans are only OK if they player is constantly advertising a server after you have kick and/or muted them, when a player is constantly spamming the chat about how this server sucks, a DDOS Threat., or hacking.
3. Generally, A Good Ban length is 1 week after you have constantly kicked them. Depending on the player. If the player is new to the server feel free to ban longer. But if the player has a few hours on they must like the server, give them some leeway.
4. Please use the "!warn" system as much as possible. 3 active warns and they will be kicked automatically, 5 active warns and they will be banned for a while. This is to prevent players feeling as tho they got an unfair treatment.
4A. Be reasonable with the warning system. If they go on an RDMing spree (3+ kill for no reason), don't just give them a warning. Take them to a sit and ask them why. If they give you a "Bullshit" reason suck as: "I dont know", "I wanted to", or "yolo". Ban them for 1 day. If they didn't know or are new give them a warning and monitor them.
5. RDM (Random Death Match): If they didn't know give them a verbal warning, if they did know what they did give them a written warning (!warn). If they RDM during a sit, kick them.
6. RDA (Random Arresting): Unarrest the person, If they didn't know give them a verbal warning, if they did know what they did give them a written warn (!warn). If they RDA During a sit, kick them.
7. Prop Climb (Player is using props to get to a place of interest): Player is not using prop to gain advantage or is just fooling around this is harmless. (Example: Hobo building a slide inside a lot, This is ok). No action taken. Player is trying to get over another players props or into someone's base, bring the player to a sit and explain what they did. Give them a written warning.
8. Prop Block (Player is blocking an area with no access to it for regular players): Blocking all of spawn, Perma-ban. Player had no intent to RP so has no reason to be on the server. Blocking a single exit of spawn, Kick and remove prop if possible. Blocking an area of map. If they are only blocking there area of the map, bring player and inform them that they can't do that. Give them a written warning and remove props. If they are blocking other players base, give them a written warning and kick the player.
9. Disrespect/harassment/trolling/prejudice/racism/etc: 1 warn after 2 verbal warns then kick them for Disrespect, ban for 2 week for the rest.
10. Self Supply (When a player change jobs to a gun dealer or drug dealer to give themselves those items): Explain what the player has done wrong and give them a written warning.
11. FailRP (This is a lot of different things but pretty much is when a player does something that his job isn't allow to do, i.e. Raid, Mug, Car Jack, etc.): Bring the player and explain what they did wrong, give them a written warning.
12. FDA (Fading Door Abuse): Bring the player and explain to them what they did wrong, give them a written warning.
13. NLR (New Life Rule, This does not apply to Mugs, Hits, or Terrors. You can not go back and kill the person who arrested or killed you, that falls under NLR. Time to return during raids is 3 minutes. This applies to both parties!) One NLR and Player does not know, verbal warning; player does know, written warning. Multiple NLRs and player does not know, written warning; player does know, written warning for each NLR (3 or more NLRs just kick)
14. Hacking/exploiting: Perma-ban, no exceptions!
15. DDOS Threats or Trying to crash the server: Perma-ban, only exception is if the player did not know what he was doing would crash the server.
16. Advertising other servers: Perma-ban, no exceptions!
17. Chat/Mic spam: Ask the player to stop, if they do not, Gag/mute the player along with a written warning. If they continue kick them, If they come back and continue, 2 day ban.
18. Links to any Objectionable material (which includes but is not limited to pornography, "shock sites", viruses, phishing sites and hate groups): Written warning along with a kick.
19. Impersonate any member of the Staff, or claim to be a member of the Staff: 2 week ban if the player has some time on the server (12+ hours) otherwise it is a perma-ban.
20. Alternative accounts to avoid bans: Perma-ban both accounts.
21. Arguing with the staff: DOUBLE the punishment.
22. Evading Punishment (When staff member tries to speak to you about a rule you have broken): DOUBLE the punishment.
~Rules can be added or changed at the discretion of the owner. These rulings are recommendations for staff. They do not have to be followed word for word but they should be around that area for punishment . The rules however are to be followed by all staff 100% of the time.
